Fundamentally the prime principle of our house is: “a NO is and will be a NO!” This rule must be followed strictly, as we are otherwise forced to ban the person from the house. 

The possession, consumption or sale of drugs is strictly prohibited and leads to an immediate house ban! 

Commercial individuals of prostitution have no access at any time! 

The entrainment of food and beverages is allowed only at the ground floor and the outdoor area. 

Excessive drinking is unwelcome! 

Hygiene and cleanliness is a huge priority with us. Towels and other toiletries are placed at your disposal in the sanitary areas. The smell of perspiration leads not only to solitude but also annoys the community. 

The playgrounds should be left clean. 

We assume no liability for wardrobe and valuables. 

During the parties a dress code is required: lingerie,  string, leather, latex or other erotic clothing.

 Photography is not allowed during the parties!

 Each theft and/or vandalism will lead to an immediate official announcement and will be prosecuted on compensation.

 We solicit you for comprehension for these rules and that this is the only way to guarantee an enjoyable sojourn for all of you.
